Pharmystics LLC ("we") runs pharmystics.com. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information you give us: your name, email, shipping address and phone number when you place an order, and anything you send through our forms. Payment details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout page; we never see or store your full card number. We also receive basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) through our hosting provider, Cloudflare, for security and performance.
To process and ship orders, reply to your messages, send order updates, prevent fraud, and meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers that help us run the store: Stripe (payments and tax), Cloudflare (hosting), our email delivery provider, and shipping carriers. They may only use your information to provide their services to us.
The site stores your shopping bag in your browser's local storage so it is still there when you return. We do not use advertising cookies.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing tobyjakebrown@gmail.com. California residents may have additional rights under California law; we do not sell personal information.
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
